MI | Effective March 20, 2023, the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services’ administrative rules now include a procedure for applicants to rebut the use of a criminal conviction as proof of lack of good moral character. The rule applies to:

  • Adjusters
  • Insurance counselors
