MT | Montana’s Commissioner of Insurance today issued an Advisory Memorandum. It shares the findings from the state’s recent internal rate review which identified a significant number of compliance
issues in property/casualty rate, rule, or rate/rule filings. The memorandum goes on to offer guidance to insurance professionals on how to achieve compliance. It also announces a new certification of compliance attestation requirement.
